It’s not just the bean, roast and brew that make up that tasty drink, but also the coffee to water ratio, water quality and temperature you need to get right. The same is needed with our variety of yoga classes. We have different “cups” of yoga based upon style, ability, and instructor. Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world, and many of us rely on it to stay awake every day. A “cup’ of yoga also creates an energy for the mind, body and breath. Yoga Lunch

Wear your work clothes! get a great mini recharge, grab one of our healthy snacks/drinks for lunch – BAM! mind, body and spirit ready for the rest of the workday! Whether you work in an office or are a home engineer!


Yoga Gentle

Beginner skill level
1 hour

Gentle yoga is a restorative yoga that is a gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of yoga that uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. All levels welcome including students working with injury, or sensitivity.

This class starts with a modified vinyasa flow of Sun salutations and postures and ends with restorative yoga. We use breath and combines gentle, meditative movements, delicious stretches and deeply healing restoration.


Yoga Barre

Beginner skill level
1 hour

Expect to get to know and love the fundamental barre movements. You will get a great workout, but will move through a slower pace and lower repetitions.  You will be walked through the movements. *Expect to see flatter abdominals, a lifted seat, leaner thighs and greater definition in the arms and back within 6 sessions when taken on a regular basis.


Yoga Iron Om

Advanced skill level

This copyrighted class helps you to create an Iron Om while you BREATHEBall, Resistance, Enhanced Concentration, Asanas, Twisting/Toning, Heat, Energy Creation

Yoga is based upon breath. Prana: energy, positive, inhalation Apana, opposing energy, detoxing, exhalation. While we breathe were are in constant balance between these two forces. This practice combines the traditions of Hatha Yoga, with Iyengar inspired discipline, infused with elements of practices that balance forces of energy.


Yoga Meditation

Combine your yogic branches and join us to withdrawal your senses, move your body with breath, and dive into you Nama’s and Nyama’s through motivational meditative practice. This meditative practice will focus on helping with goal achievement and tapping your inner peace. NO YOGA OR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.


Yoga Flow Happy Hour

Need something different to do on a Saturday night? Do you feel stressed? Do you need to unwind from a long week? Make eat. drink. Om. your Saturday night special! Come on in and hang out with us! If you have an earth class package this counts as 2 classes. If you have an air class package this counts as 1 class.


Yoga Yin

Beginner to intermediate skill level
1 hour

This class is a wonderful compliment to a more vigorous yoga practice, running, cycling, or other more active pursuits. We will focus on deep relaxation through a series of stationary supported poses, guided relaxation, yogic breathing and an extended savasana. Through longer holds in various postures, students will have the opportunity to observe sensations in the body and the breath while reducing stress levels. This is a wonderful practice for the end of a hectic work week.


Yoga Ball

Beginner to intermediate skill level
1 hour

This strong practice is very unique, as it brings together two different skills of an exercise ball and yoga asanas. You can use the ball for working on muscle endurance and flexibility or for stability when working on asanas that require balance or lessened pressure on joints. Really feel the alignment! Use this as a cross-training for your yoga!
