we said we are tiny, but we do have a big heart! so space is tight, but quality over quantity!

Yoga is great for all ages. So why not start them young? Of course a ”cup” of yoga might not be the thing for the kids, so we have “milk & cookies” yoga. Grownups and babies, crawler, toddlers and tots can have fun with a tall glass of yoga too!


Yoga Family

Come join us for fun Family Yoga. Not only will you learn new poses and breathing techniques but you will be delighted with games, partner poses and be part of a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to the total wellness of the kids in their lives. Treat yourself to an increased sense of well-being while gaining effective tools to better serve the children in your life. Be ready to laugh and spend some quality time with your loved ones. This class is designed for the whole family (whether its parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle) and kids ages 5-12. (Newborns are welcome, please wear a baby carrier so you and the baby can move together during practice) The price includes a grownup and a child.


Yoga Kids Newborn

Mommy & Me classes (6 weeks to 9MTHs) are a fun way to reconnect with your body while enjoying time with your baby. It’s a great way to take part in an understanding community of other new moms! You are more than welcome to bring extra blankets, stuffed animals, and your stroller into the studio during these classes.


Yoga Kids 1-3 yrs

All skill levels

This class is for children ages 1-3. Class incorporates yoga poses, games, partner poses, relaxation, and arts and crafts. Themes and stories are used to teach lessons of kindness, gratitude, compassion and other yogic values.


Yoga Kids 4-6 yrs

All skill levels
45 min

This class is for children ages 4-6. Class incorporates yoga poses, games, partner poses, relaxation, and arts and crafts. Themes and stories are used to teach lessons of kindness, gratitude, compassion and other yogic values.


Aerial Yoga Middle School

All skill levels
45 min

Like the grown up class, kid’s will also move through the same basic elements of a floor practice (pranayama, asanas, savasana), while utilizing the soft fabric or the aerial silk as a prop. Children will be on a lower elevation. You will learn: 4 major ways silks can be used. The equipment and safety points. Hold contact points. You will try an inversion and a standing posture during the class. Each class bulds upon the previous class practice. For children 4th to 8th grade.
